Our client, aleading industrial packaging company with multiple production units across India and global partnerships, is looking for an experiencedProduction & Operations Engineerto manage project execution and production coordination.Key Responsibilities - Ensureon-time completion of all production projects - MaintainBOM & Drawing (DWG) tracking and documentation - Coordinate withQC to ensure production as per approved drawings - Monitorpreventive & breakdown maintenance activities - Prepareweekly production reports - Conductmonthly tools & machinery training - Planwarehouse shifts & manpower to reduce overtime - Sharecontainer stuffing plans with customers - Supportdesign, costing & BOM preparationfor customer enquiries - Ensuretimely onsite packing and lashing activities Candidate Profile ✔B.Tech / BE – Mechanical (Preferred) ✔8–10 years experience in Production / Operations ✔ Experience inIndustrial Packaging preferred ✔ Age30–45 years ✔ Candidate should bewilling to stay near Mandideep
