Location:Bhopal Experience:10+ yearsKey Skills Required - Export & Import Compliance - EPCG Schemes & Advance Authorizations - DGFT Regulations - FEMA Compliances - Merchant Bankers Coordination - ODI / FDI Structuring - IPO & Capital Market ComplianceRoles & Responsibilities - Ensure compliance with import/export laws, DGFT regulations, customs requirements, and applicable trade policies - Manage Advance Authorizations, EPCG schemes, and other export incentive structures - Handle FEMA compliances including inbound and outbound foreign exchange transactions - Manage Overseas Direct Investment (ODI) structures, approvals, filings, and RBI reporting - Oversee IPO-related legal and regulatory compliances, including SEBI regulations and stock exchange requirements - Coordinate with merchant bankers, legal advisors, auditors, regulators, and statutory authorities - Draft, review, and vet contracts, agreements, and other legal documentation - Ensure compliance with the Companies Act, corporate governance norms, and statutory filings - Identify regulatory risks and develop mitigation frameworks and internal SOPs - Track regulatory changes and ensure timely implementation across the organization.Candidates with strong regulatory exposure and experience in manufacturing/export-oriented environments preferred.#Hiring #LegalJobs #Compliance #DGFT #FEMA #IPO #CorporateLaw #BhopalJobs #ManufacturingCareers
