Influencer Marketing Manager Division: Madly Talented (Madverse Ecosystem) Location: Lado Sarai, Saket – New Delhi This is not a coordination role. This is a culture + commerce role. At Madverse, influencer marketing is not about sending briefs and tracking posts. Role Overview The Influencer Marketing Manager will own end-to-end creator-led campaigns across brands within the Madverse ecosystem. This includes: - identifying the right creators - designing collaboration ideas - executing campaigns seamlessly - ensuring performance and impact You will operate at the intersection of: brands × creators × culture What You Will Do 1. Campaign Strategy & Creator Selection - Understand brand briefs and translate them into creator-first strategies. - Identify and onboard creators based on: - audience relevance - content style - cultural fit - Build creator mixes (macro / micro / niche) depending on campaign goals. 2. Creator Collaboration Design - Go beyond basic briefs. - Design content directions that feel native to creators, not forced. - Ensure collaborations feel authentic, not transactional. 3. Campaign Execution - Manage campaigns end-to-end: - outreach - negotiation - briefing - approvals - posting - Ensure timelines are met without compromising quality. 4. Relationship Building - Build long-term relationships with creators. - Become a trusted point of contact for talent. - Maintain a strong network across categories. 5. Performance & Impact - Track campaign performance: - engagement - reach - content quality - Extract learnings and improve future campaigns. 6. Ecosystem Contribution - Work closely with: - creative teams - brand teams - performance teams - Help integrate influencer marketing into larger campaigns.
