Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Tele caller/Marketing Executive based in Delhi, India. The individual will be responsible for connecting with potential customers to promote renewable energy solutions, building relationships with clients, and providing product information. The role includes making outbound calls to engage with leads, answering inquiries, and scheduling meetings. Additionally, the candidate will contribute to marketing efforts, assist in updating CRM platforms, and follow up on leads effectively. Qualifications - Strong communication skills, including telephone etiquette and customer engagement - Knowledge of marketing techniques, lead generation, and client relationship management - Ability to perform market research and analyze customer needs - Proficiency in using CRM software and basic computer applications - Proactive and confident attitude, with the ability to meet targets - Experience in the renewable energy sector or sales is a plus - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a relevant field
