Job Title: Packaging Designer – Printing & Dieline Specialist Location: Libaspur Employment Type: Full-time About the Role: We are looking for an experienced Packaging Designer with strong technical knowledge of printing processes. The ideal candidate should have hands-on understanding of offset printing machines and be capable of creating accurate, production-ready dielines. Key Responsibilities - Design and develop packaging artworks aligned with brand requirements - Create precise and production-ready dielines for various packaging formats - Prepare print files with correct bleed, margins, color profiles, and finishing details - Coordinate closely with the printing team for smooth execution - Understand the functioning of offset printing machines and adapt designs accordingly - Plan layouts to optimize paper usage and reduce wastage - Identify and resolve issues during sampling and production Requirements - Minimum 5+ years of experience in packaging design and printing - Strong knowledge of offset printing machines and their functions - Expertise in dieline creation and packaging structure - Proficiency in CorelDRAW is a must - Working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator is an added advantage - Understanding of paper types, GSM, and print finishes - Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver print-ready files Preferred Skills - Experience working in a printing press or packaging unit - Ability to manage multiple jobs and meet production timelines - Good coordination and communication skills
