Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Front Desk Executive (Calling & Coordination) located in Vasant Vihar. The individual will manage front desk operations, coordinate appointments, and handle inbound and outbound calls professionally. Responsibilities include providing superior customer service, maintaining an organized reception area, and efficiently handling administrative tasks to ensure the smooth functioning of the office. The role also involves assisting in communication and coordination between clients and internal teams. Qualifications - Strong Interpersonal Skills and Communication skills - Proficiency in Phone Etiquette and Receptionist Duties - Excellent Customer Service abilities to provide a welcoming and professional experience - Ability to multitask, stay organized, and handle administrative responsibilities effectively - Proactive problem-solving skills and a friendly demeanor - Proficiency in using office equipment and basic software applications - Prior experience in a similar role is a plus but not mandatory - A high school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office management or customer service is advantageous
