The team focuses on creating high-value connections and boosting market visibility through storytelling and detailed planning. Role Overview GRYD CO. is seeking a proactive, organized, and detail-oriented HR Executive to manage appointment setting and onboarding activities. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting recruitment operations by coordinating interviews, engaging with potential candidates, and ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for new hires. This opportunity is available for both Full-Time and Project-Based (Contract) roles. Key Responsibilities - Post job advertisements on LinkedIn and other relevant hiring platforms. - Connect with and engage shortlisted candidates via calls, emails, and messages. - Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers. - Maintain and manage interview calendars, follow-ups, and confirmations. - Send timely reminders to candidates and internal stakeholders. - Track candidate progress and regularly update recruitment trackers. - Handle documentation and pre-joining formalities. - Share offer letters and onboarding guidelines/checklists. - Conduct virtual or in-person onboarding sessions. - Serve as the primary point of contact for new hires during the onboarding process. Required Skills & Qualifications - Bachelor’s / MBA degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field. - Strong command of English (spoken and written). - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. - Strong organizational and time-management skills. - Ability to manage multiple candidates and interview schedules simultaneously. - Professional, confident, and proactive attitude.
