Position Overview The Admin / Facilities Executive will be responsible for ensuring seamless functioning of all administrative, facility, and operational services at Valueline’s Delhi office and showroom. This is a hands-on, high-responsibility role that demands initiative, ownership, and a strong sense of accountability to maintain smooth daily operations across multiple touchpoints. Note: This role requires flexibility and commitment beyond fixed working hours. If you work strictly by the clock, this may not be the right role for you. FIRST IN - LAST OUT. Key Responsibilities - Handle all facility-related vendors — sourcing, quotations, negotiations, deliveries, maintenance, and after-sales coordination. - Manage workforce supervision for housekeeping, technical, and support staff; ensure discipline, attendance, and performance standards. - Liaise with Accounts for timely processing of all office, showroom, warehouse, and management residence bills — including rent, utilities, and maintenance. - Oversee vehicle and driver management, including scheduling, maintenance, and compliance tracking. - Support site operations when site in-charges are unavailable; coordinate for maintenance and operational requirements. - Facilitate health insurance policies, claims, and employee medical support, including hospital coordination and first-aid readiness. - Maintain and manage office assets, supplies, pantry, utilities, and overall upkeep. - Prepare regular facility and administrative reports for management review. Requirements - Graduate in any discipline (preferably Business Administration or Facility Management). - 3–5 years of experience in administration, facilities, or operations management — preferably in a retail, corporate, or multi-site environment. - Strong interpersonal and communication skills. - Working knowledge of vendor management, billing cycles, and basic maintenance functions. - Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and documentation handling.
