The ideal candidate will develop automation frameworks, enhance IRM/GRC modules, and ensure smooth integration between automation tools and ServiceNow workflows.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop, maintain, and optimize Playwright-based automation frameworks for ServiceNow IRM/GRC.Build automation scripts using JavaScript/TypeScript for UI, API, and E2E automation.Configure and enhance ServiceNow IRM/GRC modules such as Policy & Compliance, Risk, Audit, and Vendor Risk.Collaborate with business, QA, and IT teams to deliver scalable solutions.Integrate automation with CI/CD pipelines.Troubleshoot issues related to automation, performance, and scripting.Ensure best practices in automation architecture and code quality.Required SkillsMinimum 4+ years in automation/testing or development.Strong hands-on experience in Playwright (mandatory).Proficient in JavaScript/TypeScript.Experience with ServiceNow IRM/GRC modules.Good understanding of automation frameworks and API testing.Experience in Agile/Scrum.Good to HaveExperience with Selenium, Cypress, or API frameworks.ServiceNow IRM/GRC certifications.Experience with Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps.
