Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Full Stack Engineer located in Satna. The Full Stack Engineer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining front-end and back-end web applications. Daily tasks will include collaboration with cross-functional teams, integrating APIs, ensuring robust performance, and adhering to best practices in software development. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using , , and Build robust backend logic including authentication systems, RESTful APIs, and efficient data pipelines. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver AI-integrated SaaS experiences. Implement features like feed-ranking, recommendations, and personalization algorithms. Work on real-time and intelligent systems that power the core Spreadnext platform. Ensure high performance, security, and scalability across all product layers. Participate in code reviews, CI/CD pipelines, and adopt best practices for clean, maintainable code. Qualifications 2+ years of professional experience as a Full Stack Developer. Strong expertise in , , and Experience with MongoDB or PostgreSQL, and building scalable backend APIs. Sound understanding of software architecture, authentication, and cloud-based deployment. Knowledge of algorithms related to personalization and recommendation systems. Passion or hands-on experience with AI-based products, API integration, or SaaS platforms. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills. Previous experience in product-based or startup environments where ownership and innovation matter.
