Human Resources Manager

We are a fast-growing eCommerce & manufacturing company in the gardening space with 80+ employees across office and factory teams. We are hiring a dedicated in-house HR professional to manage compliance, recruitment, employee relations, and engagement. This is a full-time, office-based role in Narsinghpur.Responsibilities- Manage PF, ESI, payroll inputs, and statutory compliance. - Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary actions. - Lead recruitment and onboarding for office staff and factory/warehouse workers. - Maintain attendance and leave systems. - Support and implement HR policies. - Conduct training sessions and employee engagement activities. - Prepare HR reports and maintain proper records.Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA/PGDM in HR preferred. - 3–5 years of experience as HR Generalist/HR Officer. - Experience managing both white- and blue-collar employees. - Strong knowledge of Indian labor laws and statutory filings. - Good communication skills in Hindi & English. - Willing to work full-time from Narsinghpur.Preferred Skills- Familiarity with HRMS/attendance/payroll software. - Experience in manufacturing, logistics, FMCG, or eCommerce. - Strong conflict resolution and people-management skills.Benefits- Competitive salary (based on experience). - Relocation support for outstation candidates. - Opportunity to build and lead the HR function in a growing company.To Apply: Send your CV to support@ with the subject line “Application – HR & Compliance Officer”.
