Department: Production – Fabrication Location: Satara Plant Reporting To: Production Head / Director Key Responsibilities: - Plan and manage daily fabrication activities as per production schedule. - Ensure welding, fit-up, and dimensional quality standards are followed. - Manage manpower allocation, welding consumables, and fabrication tools. - Drive productivity (₹ output per man-day), control rework, and reduce delays. - Ensure timely WPS, NDT clearances and material traceability. Key Traits: - Strong technical knowledge of fabricated valves, ASME standards, welding symbols. - Leadership and hands-on supervision.
