We have embarked on an exciting journey to build an AI-powered student tutor and Teacher Assistant to build the next generation of learning platforms.We are looking for a Generative AI-native learning Content Developer who can create engaging Grades 6–12 Science and Math content for learners and teachers. This role blends strong curriculum understanding with hands-on use of Generative AI to produce explanations, worked examples, practice, and assessments. You will also build Generattive AI Content Playbooks (reusable prompt frameworks, templates, and quality checks) so content can be generated consistently at scale. Additionally, you’ll prototype simple interactive simulations/visualizations using code to make concepts intuitive and fun.Key ResponsibilitiesCreate high-quality and engaging learning content for K-12 Science & Math aligned to Indian curricula, incorporating common misconceptions and clear scaffolding.Use GenAI tools to draft and iterate concept explanations, micro-lessons, worked examples, question banks, and assessments across difficulty levels.Build Gen AI Content Playbooks: reusable prompt frameworks, content blueprints, templates, rubrics, and checklists to enable consistent content generation at scale.Prototype and/or create simple interactives and simulations (visualizations, manipulatives, small demos) to explain concepts effectively.Review and validate AI-assisted outputs for accuracy, clarity, grade-level suitability, and solution correctness, and improve playbooks based on feedback.Collaborate with SMEs, designers, and engineers to integrate content and playbooks into production pipelines and tooling.Required Skills & QualificationsStrong familiarity with K–12 Science and/or Math content.Proven ability to create student-friendly explanations, examples, and practice that drive understanding—not rote learning.Hands-on experience using generative AI for educational content creation, iteration, and refinement.Ability to create repeatable Generative AI Content Playbooks (prompt frameworks + templates + QC steps) that scale content production while maintaining quality.Comfort with coding enough to build basic learning interactives (e.g., JavaScript/HTML/CSS or Python etc.)Strong written communication skills and high attention to detail (especially for correctness in math/science and solutions).Desired Skills & QualificationsExperience with structured item writing (Bloom’s taxonomy, misconception targeting, difficulty calibration, tagging).Familiarity with tools/workflows like Markdown, LaTeX (math), Google Docs/Sheets, content QA pipelines.Experience building interactive visualizations (p5.js, D3.js, Desmos/GeoGebra scripting, React, Jupyter widgets, etc.).Prior experience in ed-tech, curriculum publishing, coaching/teaching, or working with large-scale school programs.Passionate about education?
