Associate Game Producer

As an Associate Game Producer, you will support the development and live-ops of our games. You will be responsible for assembling and managing a team of engineers, designers and artists; outlining, scheduling and tracking tasks; and making sure the project is headed in the right direction. Also analyze data and make recommendations on new features to help acquire, retain, and monetize users.JOB LOCATION: Navi Mumbai (Belapur)Responsibility :- Support the producer in planning, tracking & executing milestones from concept to live-ops. - Maintain production schedules, sprint planning, and backlog management. - Track deliverables to ensure timely releases across design, art, and engineering teams. - Collaborate closely with designers, developers, QA, and artists to maintain workflow efficiency. - Coordinate live event calendars, updates, and in-game promotions. - Support analytics and performance reviews to identify player engagement trends and monetization opportunities. - Ensure builds meet quality standards and are submitted on time for internal and external reviews. - Prepare project documentation, reports, and progress updates for internal and external stakeholders. - Assist in maintaining alignment between creative, technical, and business goals.Required Skills:- Total of 6 years' experience in the gaming industry with 2 years of relevant experience in game production (preferably F2P). - Understanding of live operations, monetization, player engagement, and retention metrics. - Hands-on experience with Project management tools (Jira, etc) - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and work in a fast-paced environment.
