You’ll have the autonomy tobuild the delivery structure, lead a team, and expand the TEKgence footprint across Europe . Key Responsibilities ✅ Lead and manage end-to-end recruitment delivery forUK and Europe clients . ✅ Build and mentor adedicated delivery team , setting strong performance benchmarks. ✅ Develop and implementbest-practice sourcing strategiesusing job boards, LinkedIn, and networking channels. ✅ EnsureGDPR compliance , right-to-work checks, and adherence to regional hiring laws. ✅ Collaborate with Account Managers and leadership tofulfil open roles efficientlyand maintain client satisfaction. ✅ Createreporting frameworks , delivery dashboards, and quality metrics for leadership visibility. ✅ Stay ahead ofmarket trends, compensation benchmarks, and skill demandsin the European region. Desired Skills & Experience 7+ years of experience inUK & Europe staffing / recruitment . Deep understanding ofpermanent, contract, and MSP recruitment models . Strong command overVMS portals, rate negotiations, and compliance requirements . Proven ability toscale teams, streamline operations, and hit delivery targets . Excellent communication, leadership, and client-facing abilities. Prior experience withEOR, payroll, or global delivery modelsis a plus.
