Job Title: Sales Manager – Skin & Hair ClinicLocation: [Thane/Andheri]Department: Sales & Patient CounsellingReports To: Clinic Director / Operations ManagerJob SummaryWe are seeking an experienced and result-driven Sales Manager to lead and manage the sales operations of our skin and hair clinic. The role involves converting patient inquiries into consultations and treatments, managing counsellors, driving revenue growth, and ensuring an excellent patient experience.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage the clinic’s sales team including patient counsellors and front desk executives.Convert walk-in, online, and call inquiries into paid consultations and treatment packages.Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets for skin and hair treatments.Guide patients on suitable treatment plans such as laser treatments, hair restoration, PRP, skin rejuvenation, etc.Monitor daily sales performance and prepare reports for management.Develop sales strategies and promotional campaigns to increase clinic revenue.Train and mentor counsellors on consultation techniques and treatment knowledge.Coordinate with doctors and clinic staff to ensure smooth patient flow.Handle high-value consultations and resolve patient concerns or objections.Maintain CRM records and track lead conversion rates.Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)Monthly revenue targetsLead-to-conversion ratioAverage treatment package valuePatient satisfaction and retention rateRequired QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.3–6 years of experience in clinic, aesthetic, dermatology, wellness, or healthcare sales.Strong knowledge of skin and hair treatments is preferred.Proven track record of achieving sales targets.Skills RequiredStrong sales and negotiation skillsExcellent communication and patient counselling abilityLeadership and team management skillsCRM and reporting skillsCustomer relationship managementSalary & BenefitsCompetitive fixed salary + performance incentivesMonthly / quarterly sales incentivesProfessional training in aesthetic treatmentsCareer growth opportunities in the aesthetic healthcare industry
