One of our clients, a new-generation real estate development company redefining modern living in India, is looking to hire a professional to help scale the sales. The role involves driving new client acquisition for residential and industrial sales, building strong customer relationships, managing the entire sales lifecycle, manage channel partners and brokers. Role DescriptionThe Sales Manager will oversee property sales operations, develop and implement effective sales strategies, and lead a team of sales professionals. Responsibilities include building strong client relationships, analyzing market trends, and achieving sales targets. Daily tasks involve prospecting, negotiating contracts, mentoring team members, and collaborating with stakeholders to drive revenue growth and market share.QualificationsProven experience in sales management, business development, and negotiation skills, specifically in the real estate industryClearly communicate project features, luxury specifications, amenities, pricing, and payment plansManage the complete sales cycle site visits, client meetings, negotiations, closures, and documentation.Promote and sell affordable housing, luxury residential and commercial projects developed by the companyNegotiate transactions while maintaining brand positioning and pricing integrityCoordinate closely with marketing, legal, and CRM teams to ensure seamless booking and documentationAnalytical skills to study market trends and devise strategic plans for achieving sales targetsExceptional verbal and written communication skills; proficient in presentations and relationship-buildingProactive problem-solving skills and a results-driven mindsetPreferred: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field
