IT Recruiter & Bench Sales SpecialistLocation: Remote (Initial) Hybrid/On-site (Hyderabad or Visakhapatnam)Shift: Rotational (Must be open to Day and Night shifts)Experience: 2–5 years (Preferred)Key Responsibilities:- Full Lifecycle Recruiting: Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT requirements (Domestic and US IT)- Bench Sales Management: Market /"Bench Consultants/" to Tier-1 vendors and implementation partners- Sourcing & Networking: Leverage LinkedIn, Dice, Monster, and CareerBuilder to find requirements and candidates- Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with vendors and candidates for high placement rates- Reporting: Track and report daily submissions, interviews, and placementsCandidate Requirements:- Dual Expertise: Proven experience in IT Recruitment and Bench Sales- Flexibility: Willingness to work night shifts (US markets) and day shifts (Domestic/ME markets)- Location: Based in or willing to relocate to Hyderabad or Visakhapatnam- Communication: Excellent verbal and written English skills
