Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Visual Merchandising Manager, located in Gurugram. The Visual Merchandising Manager will be responsible for managing in-store visual merchandising, and ensuring the store layout is in line with brand aesthetics and sales strategies. The role also involves collaborating with sales teams to optimize product placement, training staff on visual merchandising principles, and monitoring store performance to make necessary adjustments.QualificationsStrong Communication and Team Management skillsProficient in designing Window Displays and implementing in-store visual merchandising strategiesExcellent organizational and multitasking abilitiesCreative and detail-oriented mindsetAbility to work on-site in GurugramPrevious experience in fashion retail or visual merchandising is preferredBachelor's degree in Visual Merchandising, Retail Management, Marketing, or a related field
