Senior Media Buyer – Performance Marketing

We are a Canada-based performance marketing company scaling high-quality US traffic through CPL and CPS campaigns across Insurance, Refinance, Finance (Payday / Debt), and Nutra (GLP-1).We are hiring a Senior Performance Media Buyer with proven experience running and scaling US lead generation campaigns.This role is strictly for candidates with hands-on experience in Meta (Facebook / Instagram), NewsBreakRole• Launch, manage, and scale paid campaigns targeting the US market • Optimize performance across Meta and NewsBreak based on CPC, CPL, CTR, CVR, and ROI • Manage budgets and scale profitable campaigns • Work with creatives and landing pages to improve conversion rates • Ensure traffic quality and advertiser complianceRequirements (Strict)• 3+ years performance media buying experience • Proven US lead generation (CPL / CPS) experience • Hands-on experience with Meta (Facebook / Instagram) and NewsBreak • Hands-on experience using RedTrack (tracking links, postbacks, attribution) • Experience in at least one: Insurance, Refinance, Debt/Finance, Home Services, or Nutra (GLP-1 preferred) • Strong understanding of campaign economics and data-driven optimizationDo Not Apply If• Your experience is primarily in E-commerce, Dropshipping, or Search Arbitrage • You have not run US lead generation campaigns • You have not worked with Meta + NewsBreak + RedTrackWhat We Offer• Competitive salary • Fully remote • High-growth environment with real scaling opportunities
