Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a staffing/recruitment environment. Strong understanding of the staffing and recruitment landscape, including hiring trends and market demands in India. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers. Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to identify opportunities and drive growth. Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks in a remote work environment. Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Human Resources, or related field preferred.
