Job Title: Assistant Manager / Senior Executive Media Production SpecialistAbout the Role: Jaipuria Institute of Management, Lucknow, is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Media Production Specialist to join our Media & Communication team. The role requires hands-on expertise in videography, photography, and video editing, supporting both academic content creation and institutional promotional initiatives. The ideal candidate should be a skilled visual storyteller with technical proficiency and a strong sense of creativity.Key ResponsibilitiesCapture and edit faculty lecture videos for online learning platforms.Provide videography and photography support during campus events, seminars, and student activities.Create engaging short-form and long-form video content for social media and institutional promotions.Maintain an organized video and photo archive for easy access and reuse.Collaborate with the Media & Communication team on creative campaigns and branding initiatives.Ensure timely delivery of high-quality media content under tight deadlines.Required Skills & QualificationsProficiency in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or equivalent).Strong skills in video shooting, editing, and post-production for multiple formats (social media, educational, promotional).Working knowledge of photography techniques and audio/video equipment.Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator) will be an advantage.3-5 years of relevant experience in media production, video editing, or digital content creation.Bachelor's degree in Media, Communication, Film Studies, or a related field.Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Prior experience in an educational institution or related field will be preferred.
