QualificationsExpertise in drafting Patent Applications, Patent Preparation, and Patent ProsecutionStrong understanding of Patent Law and related regulatory frameworksKnowledge of conducting Patentability assessmentsExcellent analytical and organizational skillsAttention to detail and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teamsBachelor's or advanced degree in a relevant technical or scientific field is a plusExperience with intellectual property management software is an advantage.Prior experience in the health and fitness industry is a bonus
