As a Strategic Planning & Implementation Partner for global companies, CloudLabs has seen a 200% uptake in winning high-value, high-impact and high-risk projects that are critical for the business.With offices in the US, Canada, & India and with the team of 200+ experienced specialists, CloudLabs is now at an inflection point and ready for its next curve of progress.Please write & follow us here:Website: LinkedIn: CloudLabs IncEmail us: info@Reports to: CFO, in USAFull time/ Part time: Full TimeLocation: IndiaWhat we offer:We welcome candidates rejoining the workforce after career break/parental leave and support their journey to reacclimatize too corporate.Flexible remote work.Competitive pay package.Attractive policy, medical insurance benefits, industry leading training.Opportunity to work remotely is available.Skills Required: Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B) from a recognized institution.Minimum of 2–3 years of post-qualification experience in a law firm and/or in-house legal department.Strong understanding of corporate and commercial laws and regulations.Team player and Positive attitude with high ethical standards & a strong commitment to maintaining confidentiality.Strong research aptitude with an investigative mindset.Excellent analytical, drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.Detail-oriented, organized, and efficient in managing documentation and filing systems.Good time management skills and flexibility to collaborate across US and other international time zones.Key Duties and ResponsibilitiesDrafting:Draft vendor contracts and work orders using approved templates.Develop new templates for emerging types of engagements.Review and enhance existing contract templates.Coordinate and prepare client MSAs, DPAs, NDAs, and SOWs.Maintain comprehensive logs for client documentation and highlight key terms such as representations, warranties, and insurance clauses to the leadership team.Track and maintain SOW-to-PO (Statement of Work to Purchase Order) correlations.Draft and update internal policies in collaboration with relevant departments (e.g., HR, Accounting).Coordination:Collaborate with external professionals (attorneys, accountants) in the US, Canada, Mexico, and other jurisdictions for legal document review.Liaise with other internal teams like HR, Accounting, Network Admin, Pillar Leads, and Team Leads; to ensure timely communication of contract-related information to relevant stakeholders.Facilitate company-wide communication for annual or periodic affirmations on policies and rollout of new policies.Documentation:Electronic Filing and ensuring clean documentation of all contracts – Client, Vendor as well as Service contractsManaging and update Vendor database and automating it as much as possible.Policies circulation and saving in permanent files for – Employees, Vendors and ClientsRenewals tracking: Assist with creating a system to ensure tracking of renewals of various Client and Vendor SOWs/Work ordersCoordinate and ensure completion of all year-end contract renewals.Reporting and Research:Review and report on the completeness and accuracy of vendor databases, client SOWs, and employee records.Conduct legal research on applicable requirements, guidelines, and templates for business letters, agreements, and policies.Back up Legal team members for US & Canada Immigration:Occasionally liaise with US immigration attorney and Canada Immigration ConsultantAssist to Track Work permit information for filing timely renewalsAssist with Preparing Business travel related immigration lettersAssist to Liaise, prepare, track and follow up for Green Card and H1 related documentation and coordinate for filings
