OverviewFounded in 2020, DRIMCo GmbH is a Munich-based AI startup that digitises industrial requirements in tender documents and optimises business processes using artificial intelligence and natural language processing technologies.We’re looking for a detail-oriented Tester / QA Assistant to help verify and maintain the quality of our customer support and implementation activities. You’ll be responsible for testing and confirming that customer environments, configurations, and updates are correctly set up and functioning as intended.This is a hands-on, analytical role where you’ll actively test, observe, and document results—helping our Customer Success team maintain high service quality and consistency.ATTENTION: this is a pure technical role. This is NOT a customer support/customer facing role. Do not apply in this case. Your ResponsibiltyTest and verify customer environment setups after updates or new configurationsObserve common support and setup workflows to create repeatable QA test casesMaintain test documentation and suggest improvements for recurring issuesCollaborate with the Customer Success and Application Support teams to ensure quality and accuracy in customer-facing resultsWhat We’re Looking ForStrong attention to detail and problem-solving mindsetAbility to follow procedures accurately and document findings clearlyCuriosity to explore how systems behave and detect inconsistenciesGood technical understanding (software configuration, user interfaces, data entry)Good written communication skills in English - C1 level is required2 years minimum QA experience requiredGood Experience with software testing, QA tools, or basic scriptingFamiliarity with support systems like Jira Service Management or ServiceNowEducationSuitable for students or graduates in Computer Science, Information Systems, Communication, or related fields — or anyone with strong analytical and communication skills.
