This role focuses on buildingscalable backend applications , implementingbusiness logic , and ensuringhigh-performance service layersfor enterprise-grade solutions.Responsibilities: Develop and maintainbackend applicationsusingPython, Django, and FastAPI . Buildrobust and scalable REST APIsandapplication modules . Design and optimizedatabase schemas, queries, and transactions(PostgreSQL/MySQL). Implementauthentication, authorization, RBAC, and security best practices . Work withasync programmingfor performance-critical services. Managebackground jobs and distributed task queues(Celery, Redis, RabbitMQ). Ensureapplication performance, fault tolerance, and scalability . Collaborate withfrontend, DevOps, and product teamsfor feature delivery. Writeclean, reusable, testable codewith proper unit/integration tests. Participate incode reviews, architecture discussions, and deployments .Required Skills: Strong expertise inCore Python(OOP, data structures, design patterns). Must-have:Hands-on experience withDjango(ORM, middleware, application architecture). Must-have:Proven experience withFastAPIfor building async APIs. Experience withREST APIs, microservices, and WebSockets . Proficiency inSQL databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL)andNoSQL (Redis/MongoDB) . Experience withasync IO, concurrency, and performance optimization . Familiarity withDocker, Kubernetes, Git, and CI/CD pipelines . Strong understanding ofAPI security, session management, and data protection . Experience integratingthird-party APIs, payment gateways, or external services .Preferred Skills: Knowledge ofGraphQL (Graphene, Ariadne, or Strawberry) . Experience withcloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) . Exposure tomonitoring & logging tools(Prometheus, Grafana, ELK). Prior work inlarge-scale or high-traffic applications .
