✅Must-Have Skills & Responsibilities Cross-Functional Collaboration • Work closely withdata scientists, data engineers, software engineers, data managers , and business stakeholders. Product Building • Buildscalable, reusable, and impactfuldata science products usingstatistical or machine learning algorithms . • Collaborate with engineers to bring models into production. Data Analysis for Business Insights • Perform deep-dive data analysis to extractactionable insightsfor business decisions. Experience & Technical Expertise • 5+ years of hands-on experience indesigning, prototyping, productionizing , and maintaining data science products. • Strong understanding of themathematical foundationsof statistics and ML. Programming Proficiency • Development experience inPython . • Proficiency inAdvanced SQL . Experimental Design • Solid knowledge ofA/B testing, hypothesis testing , and related statistical methods.Good-to-Have Skills Classical Machine Learning • Experience withregression, classification, clustering , etc. Deep Learning (DL) • Should be able tofine-tune pre-trained DL models(not necessarily build from scratch). Optimization Techniques • Knowledge oflinear, non-linear optimization methods . LLMs / RAGs (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) • Exposure tolarge language modelsand how to integrate them into data products.
