Property & Casualty CRE Insurance Specialist (Contract-to-Full Time)

About the RoleWe are looking for a P&C CRE Insurance Specialist to help shape a new innovation in the U.S. commercial real estate insurance space. This is an opportunity to collaborate with some of the most successful and forward-thinking stakeholders in the industry. More details on the project will be shared once we connect.We’re seeking someone with hands-on experience supporting industry-leading U.S.-based P&C brokers, consultants, or risk managers—regardless of where you’re based (we’re open to international candidates, with strong preference for India).ResponsibilitiesProvide guidance on insurance documentation, workflows, and industry best practices.Advise on how stakeholders (owners, operators, brokers, insurers) manage and share critical information.Support organization and tracking of SOVs (schedules of values), COIs (certificates of insurance), binders, and master policies.Share insights from your experience working with industry-leading firms to inform business strategy and product direction.Collaborate with founders, engineers, and designers to ensure industry alignment.Qualifications3+ years supporting U.S.-based property & casualty brokers, consultants, or risk managers.Strong familiarity with key insurance documentation and processes (SOVs, COIs, binders, master policies, renewals, etc.).Understanding of risk management frameworks such as COPE (Construction, Occupancy, Protection, Exposure).Comfortable advising in a fast-moving, early-stage environment.Excellent communication skills in English.Contract-to-Full Time PathThis role will begin as a multi-month contract with potential to transition into a full-time position for the right candidate.
