Job Title : HR & Payroll Specialist (India & US Payroll)Location : India (Remote)Employment Type : Full-timeAbout the RoleWe are looking for an experienced HR & Payroll Specialist to join our internal HR team and manage India payroll operations, HR processes, and support US payroll coordination for a growing global organization. This is an in-house role focused on supporting internal employees and consultants across HR operations, payroll, compliance, and employee lifecycle management, while also assisting with recruitment activities as needed.Key ResponsibilitiesIndia Payroll (Primary Focus)Process monthly payroll for employees and consultantsManage payroll inputs, reimbursements, deductions, and FnF settlementsEnsure compliance with PF, ESIC, PT, TDS, and payroll regulationsHandle payroll reconciliations, reports, and audit documentationUS Payroll SupportSupport W2, C2C, and 1099 payroll coordinationTrack timesheets, invoices, and contractor paymentsCoordinate with payroll vendors/platforms (ADP or similar)HR OperationsManage onboarding, documentation, and exit formalitiesMaintain HR records and employee dataHandle employee payroll and policy queriesRecruitment Support (Secondary)Support resume screening and interview coordinationMaintain recruitment trackers and candidate recordsAssist with onboarding coordination for new hiresRequirements3-6 years of payroll & HR operations experienceStrong India payroll compliance knowledgeExposure to US payroll structures preferredAdvanced Excel skillsExperience with ADP, HRMS, or payroll tools preferredPreferred BackgroundStaffing / consulting / EOR environment experienceExperience supporting global teams or contractors
