Location: India RemoteWork Schedule: Night Shift (8 am to 5:30 PM EST)We are seeking an experienced Senior Recruiter to support our federal consulting practice. This role focuses on recruiting for proposal key personnel, incumbent personnel, contract backfills, and regular hiring needs.Required Qualifications10+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in US federal consulting or government contractingProven experience recruiting for proposal key personnel positionsStrong understanding of federal procurement processes and proposal lifecyclesAbility to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple concurrent recruitment effortsProficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and LinkedIn RecruiterExcellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skillsExperience with full-cycle recruiting from sourcing to offer negotiationPreferred QualificationsKnowledge of federal contract vehicles and labor categoriesNetwork of qualified candidates with active security clearancesUnderstanding of federal salary structures and compensation guidelinesDuties and ResponsibilitiesSource and recruit key personnel for competitive proposals within tight timeframesIdentify and recruit incumbent personnel from contracts up for recompeteManage full-cycle recruitment for contract backfills and regular hiring needsDevelop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates across various skill setsConduct candidate screening, interviews, and coordinate with hiring managersObtain signed commitment letters and required documentation for proposalsExtend offers and negotiate compensation packagesBuild and maintain relationships with qualified candidates and passive talentPartner with business development and hiring managers on staffing strategiesMaintain accurate records in the applicant tracking systemEnsure compliance with federal regulations and company policiesPrepare recruitment metrics and status reportsKey CompetenciesUrgency and responsiveness to meet proposal deadlinesStrong organizational and time management skillsAbility to assess technical qualifications and cultural fitCreative sourcing strategies and problem-solving skills
