Achieving an impressive ₹300 Cr+ Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR), the company continues to expand within India and globally.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time remote role for a BAMS Doctor specializing in Ayurvedic Tele-Consultation. The BAMS Doctor will provide expert Ayurvedic consultations to patients via telecommunication channels and offer personalized healthcare plans. Responsibilities include understanding patient health conditions, recommending treatments based on Ayurvedic principles, providing appropriate advice on dietary and lifestyle changes, and maintaining patient records with care and confidentiality. Collaborating with a team for continuous improvement in patient outcomes is an integral aspect of the role.QualificationsPossess a valid BAMS (Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery) degree from a recognized institute.Strong knowledge of Ayurvedic principles, treatments, and remedies, with the ability to apply them effectively in virtual consultations.Proficiency in teleconsultation tools and platforms with excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.Capacity to analyze patient histories, diagnose conditions, and create tailored treatment and wellness plans.Good documentation and record-keeping skills, with attention to detail and commitment to data privacy.Willingness to adapt to remote working setups and work collaboratively in a team-based environment.Prior experience in patient consultation and knowledge of Ayurvedic product formulations are advantageous.Fluency in multiple languages will be considered a plus.
