The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of medical concepts, particularly at the level required for medical school or professional practice. You will break down complex medical cases into clear, patient-centric explanations and ensure AI outputs meet rigorous standards of accuracy, safety, and empathy.What does day-to-day look like: You will work on advanced medical problems—ranging from medical school to professional level—while creating clear, detailed explanations. Your tasks will combine text, images, simulations, and visual aids, including: Diagnostic Analysis: Review complex cases, analyze symptoms, and propose diagnoses with supporting explanations and imaging. Medical Pathophysiology: Explain disease mechanisms using diagrams, charts, and simulations. Clinical Decision-Making: Manage patient scenarios by interpreting lab results and imaging, and explaining treatment choices. Clinical Case Review & Annotation: Analyze multi-turn patient–clinician dialogues covering emergencies, chronic disease management, preventive care, and more. Assign rubric-based scores (e.g., accuracy, triage appropriateness, guideline adherence, empathy) to model responses. Quality Assurance & Guidelines Compliance: Ensure all content aligns with up-to-date clinical guidelines (e.g., WHO, NIH, specialty societies). Flag any safety or ethical concerns (e.g., inappropriate triage advice).Candidate Requirements: Physicians need to have completed medical school and have actively practiced within the last five years. Strong preference for staff physicians, fellows and senior residents. Specialization preferences: Internal medicine, emergency medicine, Public Health, Pediatrics, Obstetrics & Gynecology Strong knowledge of core medical subjects like anatomy, physiology, pathology, pharmacology, and clinical medicine. Ability to analyze and solve complex medical problems with a structured approach. Ability to explain medical concepts clearly using simple language, visuals, and simulations when needed. Strong written and verbal communication skills in English. A laptop/desktop with stable internet and essential tools for collaboration and content review. Knowledge of medical-related software and tools is a plus (e.g., DICOM viewers, medical simulation software, electronic health records). Previous experience with clinical guideline development or medical education content.
