Lead- Bluetooth Host Development

We are looking for aBluetooth Host Development Leadwith strong experience in developing, integrating, and optimizing Bluetooth Host Stack (Classic and/or BLE) for embedded platforms. The ideal candidate will havehands-on experience with protocols like HCI, L2CAP, RFCOMM, SDP, GATT, and GAP,and will be responsible for guiding a team of Bluetooth engineers across development, debugging, and deployment phases.Key Responsibilities: • Lead the architecture, design, and development of Bluetooth Host Stack components. • Work onBluetooth profiles (A2DP, AVRCP, HFP, HID, GATT, etc.)and optimize host stack integration. •Design and implement middleware and protocol layers (HCI, L2CAP, SDP, RFCOMM, etc.) . • Interface with firmware, application, and hardware teams for seamless Bluetooth functionality. • Perform code reviews, lead debugging efforts, and resolve interoperability issues with mobile/automotive devices. • Provide technical mentorship to junior engineers and ensure timely project delivery. • Collaborate with QA for Bluetooth certification and conformance testing (e.g., BITE, PTS tools).Required Skills: • 12+ years of experience inBluetooth Host Stack development. • Proficient inC/C++, multi-threaded programming , and Linux-based environments. • In-depth understanding ofBluetooth protocols: HCI, L2CAP, SDP, GATT, RFCOMM, ATT, GAP . • Hands-on experience withBluetooth Profile integration (e.g., A2DP, HFP, GATT) . • Experience with Bluetooth qualification/certification tools like PTS, Ellisys, or BITE. • Strong debugging skills with tools like GDB, Wireshark, HCI Snoop logs.
