BIM Engineer

Key Responsibilities-Develop and manageRevit MEP models(Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) as per project standards and LOD requirements. Prepare detailed3D models, families, layouts, sections, schedules, and construction drawingsfor HVAC, plumbing, fire protection & electrical systems. Performclash detectionin Navisworks, generate clash reports, and coordinate with engineering teams to resolve issues. Extractquantities, equipment schedules, and material take‑offsfrom BIM models. Ensure adherence toMEP design standards, naming conventions, and BIM Execution Plans (BEPs) . Coordinate with engineers and project managers to ensure modeling accuracy and alignment with design intent. Maintain model accuracy, version control, and BIM documentation; perform routineQA/QC checks . Support BIM workflow improvements, templates, and implementation of discipline-specific best practices.What We're Looking for Strong proficiency inRevit MEP Experience withNavisworksfor clash detection Good understanding of HVAC, plumbing, fire protection & electrical services Attention to detail and ability to work collaboratively with engineering teams
