The individual in this position will be responsible for developing permit and CD sets, managing multifamily projects, and ensuring seamless project integration. Day-to-day tasks include creating detailed drawings and adhering to project timelines and client standards. The role requires effective communication with team members and clients to achieve project goals and deliverables efficiently.QualificationsExpertise in Multifamily Architecture and documentation in the Multifamily nicheExperience in Project Management and the ability to manage multifamily residential projects efficientlyKnowledge of Revit and BIM360Strong organizational and collaboration skills with a focus on detailsBachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related fieldAbility to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote work environment
