Senior AI Engineer

Job DescriptionMinimum 3 years experience developing LLM/Generative AI solutions.Experience building Voice AI applications (voice bots, voice cloning, telephony integrations).Hands-on experience across SDLC phases.Ability to walk through HOW you build AI features, including tools, reasoning, and debugging steps.Experience leading or mentoring junior team members.Technical SkillsStrong proficiency in Python and JavaScript (FastAPI a plus).Experience with AI tools such as Dify.ai, Windsurf, Cursor, and LLMs like OpenAI, Mistral, Claude.Familiarity with Voice AI tools (ElevenLabs, Play.ht, Azure Cognitive Voice).Basic knowledge of telephony APIs (Twilio, Vonage, Dialogflow CX).Familiarity with Docker, Git, CI/CD basics.Soft SkillsStrong communication skills able to explain work clearly.Strong problem-solving mindset.Ability to manage timelines, coordinate tasks, and keep leadership informed.Minimum 3 years experience as AI EngineerCan work independently and Lead Junior AI EngineersShould be immediate joiner
