Position: Service EngineerLocation: Navi MumbaiExp: 8+ YearsQualification: Any GraduateTiming: 8:30 Am to 5:30 PMCommissioning, Installation and InspectionCarry out spreader commissioning and installation work on newly delivered spreaders and attend to all spreaderwarranty repair works.Provide technical assistance and advice for the installation and troubleshooting of any equipment and componentson the spreader to the service agentCarry out site inspection on spreaders upon customers' requestIdentify potential RUP work and make recommendations to customersService Call ManagementCarry out service calls on a preventative and reactive basis as required, undertaking service and repair of productsand systems to meet customers’ requirements and specificationService Operational ExcellenceKeep accurate records regarding job progress, delays, problems, deliveries, changes, extras, and fabrication data.Report back on the completed projects outlining the activities carried out, faults found during service and any futurerecommendations for improving the service offering.Customer TrainingDeliver technical training and knowledge transfer on product knowledge, maintenance, trouble shooting and repair to customer
