Associate - Founder's Office

This role is a generalist seat with a front-row view of how an early-stage legal-tech company actually runs. On most days you will be:Running point on sales opsCRM hygiene, pipeline reviews, closing the loop between lawyers, advisors, and clientsOwning client escalations end-to-end, so nothing falls through the cracksTracking goals, chasing deliverables, making meetings shorter and sharperDiving into special projectsTurning founder thinking into clear SOPs, dashboards, and decisions the team can execute onWho we're looking forA management graduate (MBA / PGDM, 0–2 years out)Allergic to ambiguity and still runs toward itStrong fundamentals: Excel, Docs, decks, a working sense of dataComfortable talking to a lawyer, a wealth manager, a developer, and a client, all in the same afternoonWritten and spoken English that earns trust quicklyBonus: any exposure to BFSI, legal-tech, or SaaSWhat you getA seat next to the founders, no filter, no middle layer.
