Relex Solution Consultant

We have delivered many successful projects, won major industry awards, and continue to grow by implementing advanced supply chain solutions for our customers.*Position Overview*We are looking for an experienced and client-focused Relex Solution Consultant. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to understand business challenges and design solutions that improve supply chain performance.*Key Resposibilities:*Engage with clients to understand their supply chain requirements and challengesLead discovery meetings to identify pain points and gather detailed requirementsPresent customized Relex solutions based on client needsDesign and implement end-to-end supply chain solutions using RelexPrepare proposals, workflows, and use-case demonstrationsCoordinate with internal technical teams to validate solution feasibilityConfigure and customize Relex as per project scopeGuide best practices during implementationAct as a subject matter expert during sales and delivery cyclesSupport sales teams with technical insights during pre-sales discussionsDeliver product demos and proof-of-concept sessionsPrepare RFP/RFI responses with detailed technical informationServe as the main point of contact between clients, internal teams, and vendorsCommunicate regularly with stakeholders to ensure progress and clarityProvide training and post-implementation support to clientsGather feedback to improve processes and future implementations*Qualifications:*Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience)Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with Relex (implementation, configuration, or solution design)Good understanding of demand planning, supply planning, and S&OPStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and presentation abilitiesProficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook*What We Offer.*Competitive salary + performance bonusesFlexible work mode (Remote / Hybrid / Office)Special training programs for skill developmentPositive, supportive, and innovative work environment  *Why Join Us:*Kinaxis Platinum Partner for Kinexions-2025.Awarded ‘Most Value-Added Reseller’ by Kinexions.Scottsheldon Part of Argo & CoSuccessfully completed numerous global projectsHands-on experience with real-world supply chain challenges and solutions.Collaborative and supportive work environment.Career growth and advancement opportunities.
