The role involves coordinating with clients to collect required data files, sharing updates, and acting as a bridge between internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth and timely onboarding.Key ResponsibilitiesAct as the primary point of contact for clients during the data onboarding process.Coordinate with clients to request, receive and follow up on required data files and documentation.Collaborate closely with internal teams to relay client requirements and feedback accurately.Track onboarding milestones, pending items and client responses to ensure timely completion.Identify gaps, discrepancies or delays in data received and proactively communicate resolutions.Maintain clear and structured records of client communications and onboarding status.Ensure a smooth client experience by addressing queries and providing timely support during onboarding.Required Skills & QualificationsBachelor’s degree in any discipline.0–2 years of experience in client coordination, onboarding, operations or a similar role.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Ability to manage multiple clients and tasks simultaneously.Good coordination skills.Basic understanding of data files, reports or operational workflows is a plus.Proficiency in MS Excel, email communication, and internal tracking tools.
