Kinaxis RapidResponse Consultant

Role OverviewWe are looking for an experienced Kinaxis RapidResponse Consultant with strong functional and technical knowledge of supply chain planning processes. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders to design, configure, optimize, and support Kinaxis RapidResponse solutions.ResponsibilitiesFunctional Responsibilities:Lead and support Kinaxis RapidResponse implementations, enhancements, and support activities.Work with business teams to understand supply chain planning requirements:Demand PlanningSupply PlanningInventory PlanningS&OP / Integrated Business PlanningConfigure RapidResponse worksheets, dashboards, alerts, and analytics.Perform scenario modeling and design solutions for planning use cases.Conduct workshops, create functional specifications, and map business processes.Facilitate SIT/UAT testing and provide end-user training.Technical Responsibilities:Build and maintain RapidResponse data models, matrices, tables, and calculations.Develop and configure tasks, automation, and workflows in RapidResponse.Support integrations with ERP (SAP, Oracle, JDE), MES, and other systems.Work with data transformation and data load processes.Troubleshoot technical and functional issues, ensuring timely resolution.Required Skills:6+ years of hands-on experience with Kinaxis RapidResponse.Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain planning processes.Experience in configuring RapidResponse modules (Planning, Inventory, S&OP).Ability to design dashboards, worksheets, alerts, and planning grids.Strong analytical skills with experience in data modeling and scenario planning.Experience integrating RapidResponse with ERP systems.Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.Good to Have:Kinaxis RapidResponse Certification.Experience in SQL, Python, or scripting tools.Knowledge of SAP IBP, Oracle Planning Cloud, or other planning tools.Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.Education:Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, IT, or related field.
