Role OverviewWe’re looking for a Google Ads Expert who can plan, build, optimize, and scale high-performing Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, and Performance Max. The ideal candidate is analytical, creative, obsessed with ROI, and able to work in a fast-paced agency environment.Key ResponsibilitiesPlan, create, and manage Google Ads campaigns for multiple clients.Conduct keyword research, competitive research, and audience targeting.Optimize campaigns for conversions, quality score, CPL, ROAS, etc.Create compelling ad copy, extensions, and creative briefs.Manage budgets, bidding strategies, and performance pacing.Track and analyze data using Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and Data Studio.Perform A/B testing on ads, landing pages, and bidding strategies.Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.Collaborate with SEO, design, and content teams for end-to-end campaign success.Stay updated with Google Ads trends, algorithm changes, and new features.Required Skills & Qualifications2 years of expereince in managing Google ads campaignsStrong understanding of Google Ads (Search, Display, PMax).Experience with keyword tools, GTM, GA4, and conversion tracking setup.Ability to interpret data, identify patterns, and solve performance gaps.Strong copywriting mindset for ad creation.Knowledge of remarketing, custom audiences, and advanced targeting.Certification in Google Ads is a plus (not mandatory).Experience working in a digital marketing agency is preferred.
