Business Analyst (ERP Implementation)

Job Title: Business Analyst – ERP ImplementationExperience: 7–10 YearsJob SummaryWe are looking for a Business Analyst with strong experience in ERP- Implementation. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, gathering requirements, defining integration workflows, and ensuring accurate data exchange across systems.Key ResponsibilitiesWork closely with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirementsTranslate business needs into functional and technical specificationsDefine and document system integration flows, APIs, data mappings, and transformationsCollaborate with architects and developers on ERP, CRM, and third-party integrationsCreate BRD, FRD, user stories, and acceptance criteriaSupport data validation, reconciliation, and reporting requirementsParticipate in UAT planning, execution, and defect triageEnsure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across integrated systemsFacilitate workshops, requirement walkthroughs, and stakeholder reviewsWork in Agile/Scrum environments and support sprint activitiesRequired Skills & Qualifications7+ years of experience as a Business AnalystStrong understanding of software integrations (APIs, REST, middleware)Hands-on experience with data analysis, data mapping, and validationKnowledge of SQL for data querying and validationExperience with ETL processes and data flows (preferred)Familiarity with enterprise applications (ERP, CRM, HR, Finance systems)Experience with UAT management and supportProficiency in JIRA, Confluence, and documentation toolsExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsERP implementation ExperienceERP AdministrationHands on ERP application, Netsuite is preferable.Knowledge of General Ledger, Finance, Procure to pay, Order to Cash, Reporting, Inventory module.Nice to HaveExperience with MuleSoft, and Salesforce, or similar integration platformsExposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)EducationBachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, or a related field
