We are Shark Tank India Season 4 Featured Animation Studio.Role overview The Future Animations is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist who can build and scale a high‑quality artist and production talent pipeline for our animation projects. The role covers full‑cycle hiring for creative, technical, and production roles, with a strong focus on portfolio‑driven evaluation and employer branding for the studio.Job title and locationJob title: Talent Acquisition Specialist For Animation StudioCompany: The Future AnimationsLocation : Remote Key responsibilities -Own end‑to‑end recruitment for roles such as 2D/3D Animator, Storyboard Artist, Concept Artist, Character Designer, Editor, Compositor, Production Coordinator/Manager, and other support roles.-Partner with founders, creative directors, and production leads to define role requirements, craft clear JDs, and prioritize hiring needs by project and pipeline.-Source candidates via LinkedIn, Behance/ArtStation, Instagram, animation communities, colleges, referrals, and job boards, building a proactive talent pool for upcoming shows.-Screen resumes, portfolios, and showreels; coordinate and manage test tasks in collaboration with the creative team; schedule and facilitate interviews.-Manage the offer and negotiation process, ensure smooth onboarding, and maintain organized candidate data using basic tools/ATS or structured spreadsheets.-Drive employer branding: write engaging job posts, maintain careers pages/listings, and support social media initiatives that showcase The Future Animations’ culture and work.-Track and report recruiting metrics (time‑to‑hire, source effectiveness, offer‑acceptance rate) and suggest improvements to the hiring process.Required qualifications and skills -2–5 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruiting, preferably in animation, VFX, gaming, design, media, or creative agencies.-Proven experience hiring for creative roles and comfort evaluating portfolios/showreels together with hiring managers.-Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn and other platforms; familiarity with creative communities and design/animation colleges is a plus.-Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills; ability to manage multiple requisitions and stakeholders in a fast‑moving studio environment.-Organized and data‑driven approach to tracking candidates and stages; basic experience with any ATS or structured hiring workflows.-Understanding of project‑based and freelance/contract hiring models commonly used in animation production.
