The ideal candidate should have a strong eye for aesthetics, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment. This role offers hands-on exposure to real-time projects and an opportunity to enhance your creative and technical design skills.Key responsibilities:Assist in creating creatives for social media, marketing campaigns, and branding initiativesDesign banners, posters, presentations, and other digital/print assetsSupport the marketing and content teams with visual content requirementsEdit images, graphics, and short-form visual assets as per brand guidelinesWork on video thumbnails, reels creatives, and ad creatives for performance campaignsEnsure consistency in branding, fonts, colors, and visual identity across all platformsParticipate in brainstorming sessions for campaigns and creative conceptsStay updated with current design trends, social media trends, and industry best practicesManage multiple design tasks while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environmentCollaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver engaging and impactful visualsEligibility Criteria:Completed a degree/diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, Multimedia, or a related fieldBasic knowledge of design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, Canva, or similar softwareStrong creative thinking with a good understanding of typography, color, and layout designAbility to create engaging social media creatives and marketing collateralsAttention to detail and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environmentGood communication and time management skillsPortfolio/sample work showcasing design skills is preferredBasic understanding of branding and digital design trends is an added advantage
