If you thrive on building world-class products that redefine enterprise productivity, join our mission.Role OverviewWe are seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Motion Graphic Designer who can conceptualize, design, and animate world-class visual content. You will work closely with our marketing and product teams to create engaging videos, product explainers, reels, social content, and brand-led animations that amplify Enjo’s market positioning.Key ResponsibilitiesCreate visually stunning motion graphics, animations, and explainer videos for product launches, marketing campaigns, and social media.Translate ideas, scripts, and storyboards into compelling animated visuals.Design and animate elements like illustrations, UI components, characters, and typography.Collaborate closely with the marketing and product teams to understand campaign goals and brand direction.Edit and enhance video footage with transitions, sound effects, overlays, and VFX.Maintain brand consistency and visual identity across all assets.Stay updated with animation trends, styles, and new design tools.Deliver high-quality work within deadlines while keeping multiple projects on track.Required Skills & Experience2-3 years of experience as a Motion Graphic Designer or Animator.Expert in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop (bonus: Blender/Cinema 4D).Strong grasp of animation principles, UI motion, color theory, and storytelling.Ability to create smooth, engaging transitions, micro-animations, and dynamic visuals.Experience in creating product explainers, SaaS videos, and social media motion content.Strong portfolio showcasing motion design work.
