Graphic Designer (AI Tools Focused)About the Role We're seeking a creative graphic designer who is passionate about leveraging AI-powered design tools to create exceptional visual content. The ideal candidate should either have hands-on experience with AI design tools or demonstrate strong eagerness to master emerging AI technologies in graphic design alongside our team.Key ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with the team to ensure consistency of designs across various media outletsCreate compelling and effective logos, designs, print and digital media using both traditional and AI-assisted design toolsMaintain awareness of current industry and technology standards, AI design innovations, social media, competitive landscape and market trendsDesign content for company's pamphlets, brochures, social media creatives, website, etc.Collaborate with the marketing team to deliver assets on time and prior to deadlinesDemonstrate strong grasp of foundational graphics design skillsQualificationsBachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field1-3 years of experience in graphic designProficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop)Experience with or strong willingness to learn AI design tools (e.g., Midjourney, DALL-E, Adobe Firefly, Canva AI, Photoshop AI features, or similar platforms)Strong communication, conceptual thinking, typography skills and design skillsPortfolio of work demonstrating design versatilityRequired SkillsHard Skills:Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, CorelDrawFamiliarity with AI-powered design tools (preferred) or demonstrated ability to quickly adopt new technologiesKnowledge of graphic design principlesProven track record of designing for brandsDeadline orientedSoft Skills:Creativity & attention to detailFluency in verbal & written English communicationResearch & quick online learning skillsOpenness to feedback & willingness to be the bestCuriosity and enthusiasm for exploring AI innovations in designTraining & Development The candidate will be trained on:Industry-leading applications for graphics design and graphics assetsAI-powered design tools and workflows to enhance productivity and creativityOrganizing work & improving productivityUsing tools like mindmaps, flowcharts, comparison tables to think clearlyDocumenting all important design processes systematicallyAccess to courses and learning resources for continuous professional growthPackage Range: ₹20,000 - ₹30,000 per month (depending on skills & experience)
