Visual Designer – Generative AI, Motion Graphics, Interactive & ImmersiveAbout the RoleAre you a creative geek who loves to experiment at the intersection of art, design, and Generative AI?We’re looking for a Visual Designer who combines strong aesthetic sensibilities with technical curiosity — someone who can bring ideas to life using Generative AI tools, ComfyUI, and LLM-driven workflows.You’ll create immersive visuals, motion content, and 3D experiences that redefine digital storytelling. If you’re a self-learner, proactive, and tech-driven creative who thrives on experimentation — this role is for you.What You’ll Do: • Design and produce stunning visuals across digital, motion, and 3D formats using conventional tools and Generative AI tools/workflows. • Build and optimize ComfyUI node-based AI workflows for image and motion generation. • Experiment with Generative AI to develop new creative pipelines. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to merge design, tech, and storytelling. • Create 3D assets, motion graphics, and visual concepts for campaigns and products. • Stay ahead of trends in GenAI design tools, creative automation, and visual innovation.What We’re Looking For: • 5+ years of experience in visual design, motion graphics, or digital design. • Hands-on expertise with ComfyUI, Stable Diffusion, Midjourney, or similar AI tools. • Strong skills in 3D modeling and rendering (Blender, Cinema4D, Unreal Engine, etc.). • Experience with motion tools like After Effects, Premiere Pro, or similar. • Deep understanding of color, typography, composition, and storytelling. • A self-starter who loves exploring new tech and learning independently. • Strong portfolio showcasing design craft, motion work, and experimental AI-driven visuals.Bonus Points If You Have: • Experience with prompt engineering, custom node scripting, or LLM integrations. • Familiarity with creative coding, XR, or interactive media. • A background in both design and technology — or a strong interest in blending them.Why You’ll Love Working Here: • Work on the cutting edge of AI and design innovation. • Freedom to experiment, prototype, and shape creative workflows. • Collaborate with a forward-thinking, tech-savvy creative team. • Opportunity to define how design evolves in the age of AI in the creative industry across immersive, digital & print publishing.Who we are?RRD is a leading global provider of multichannel business communications services and marketing solutions.
