We’re growing fast on Instagram, YouTube, and WhatsApp. We’re looking for a social-first designer who can turn complex money topics into thumb-stopping visuals.What You’ll DoDesign daily social content:Instagram carousels, reels covers, short video graphics, YouTube thumbnails, story templates, LinkedIn creatives, and WhatsApp broadcast art. Own the visual system:Maintain and evolve our social brand guidelines, typography, color, iconography, and illustration style. Concept → Creative:Translate content briefs into clear visual narratives, data visuals, and memes that are easy to grasp and fun to share. Motion & video support:Create lightweight motion graphics (titles, lower-thirds, transitions) and edit simple reels when needed. Data-informed design:Iterate based on performance metrics (shares, saves, CTR, watch time) with rapid A/B tests (e.g., two thumbnail variants). Speed + quality:Turn around quick news-reactive posts without sacrificing clarity or brand tone. Collaborate:Work closely with content, copy, and performance teams to align on campaign objectives and timelines. Asset management:Maintain a clean, searchable library of design files and templates.What You’ve Done (Must-Haves)2–5 years of hands-on social design experience forconsumer brands or media(finance/fintech is a plus). Astrong portfolioof Instagram-first work (carousels, thumbnails, short-form graphics, data illustrations). Proficiency inFigmaandAdobe CC(Photoshop, Illustrator); basicAfter Effects/Premierefor motion. Comfort withdata visualization(turning numbers into clean, digestible graphics). Solidtypography & layoutfundamentals, with sharp attention to detail and consistency. Ability to work infast sprints , manage multiple briefs, and deliver on deadlines. Fluency in English;working knowledge ofHinglishtone for culturally relevant posts.Nice to HaveExperience designing forWhatsAppcampaigns andYouTube(thumbnails that drive CTR). Knowledge ofAI/automation tools(e.g., Firefly, Midjourney, Runway) to speed up workflows. Basicillustrationskills (simple, on-brand characters/icons). Understanding of Indiantax/personal financecontent and what hooks drive shares.How We Measure Success (KPIs)Growth inshares, saves, and completion rateon carousels/reels. CTR uplifton thumbnails and ad creatives. Production velocity : quality output per week without rework.
