Experience RequirementsMinimum 2 years of IT experience specifically in BlueConic administration.Total of 4+ years of IT experience.Hands-on experience with BlueConic or similar Customer Data Platforms (CDPs).Technical SkillsStrong understanding of customer data management, segmentation, and real-time personalization.Proficiency with JavaScript, REST APIs, and tag management systems.Experience working with marketing automation platforms and digital analytics tools.Familiarity with ITIL processes, ServiceNow, Control-M, or equivalent tools.Support & OperationsAbility to work in a 24×7 L2 support model.Strong troubleshooting abilities with a focus on detailed, methodical problem solving.Soft SkillsExcellent analytical, communication, and reporting skills.Highly meticulous with strong attention to detail.
